Roster and alt systems give owners better control over who belongs to a faction and how secondary accounts are handled.

1. Decide whether factions must roster players before they can join.
2. Set roster maximum, default roster rank, and edit permissions.
3. Set faction alt maximum and per-player alt maximum.
4. Set invite expiry and whether open alt joins are allowed.
5. Decide how banned players and kicked alts should be handled.
6. Verify cleanup on faction disband, player removal, and restart.
