1. Set default durations.
2. Set reminder and broadcast behavior.
3. Decide whether explosions, PvP, claiming, TNT fill, and raid creation are blocked.
4. Confirm timers survive restart and stop at the correct time.
1. Set maximum duration and cooldown.
2. Set pending-change delay.
3. Configure timezone or allowed shield windows.
4. Set minimum faction role to edit shield windows.
5. Decide which explosions, enemy actions, TNT actions, and raid actions are blocked.
6. Configure staff lock and reset permissions.
