Travel systems let factions move around their territory while still giving owners control over warmups, combat cancellation, costs, passwords, limits, and premium destinations.

Teleport-related options in core configuration files
1. Set faction home rules, warmup, combat cancellation, movement cancellation, and allowed worlds.
2. Set maximum warps, password policy, warp icons, warp menu layout, and role access.
3. Define corners by world, chunk, and teleport coordinates.
4. Configure corner price, claim radius, minimum role, ownership rules, confirmation, and teleport access.
5. Configure faction flight worlds and territories.
6. Verify travel cancels correctly during combat, movement, damage, or blocked territories.
